Created by one of the most famous UK chefs, Rob Weston, our pies have been inspired by Australia's most famous culinary treasure, originally exported "down under" by the Brits, perfected over the last 250 years... and now produced back home in the UK where it all began.
Our pies are built differently from traditional British pies; they can be handheld and eaten on the run.
Our signature Aussie pie is a premium pie that has been lovingly created over a three-day production process to enhance its natural taste and flavour.
Each pie features layers of handmade, buttery flaky pastry, crafted with an all-British Beef filling (50% of the total pie by weight!!) made from sustainably sourced British ingredients that are all 100% natural – completely free from preservatives and any unwanted additives.
The result is a lighter pie with the perfect combination of melt in the mouth pastry and delicious handmade artisan fillings, that Brits and Aussies alike can enjoy and be proud of!
Pick A Pie
Our Popcorn bite-sized pies are a small sized round pie approximately 3cm in width and height. Two delicious mouthfuls of Aussie pie, making it an ideal choice for a small canapé.
Aussie Party Pies are a handheld round pie around 6cm radius and 3.5cm high. Four to five bites of scrumptious Aussie pie that makes for a perfect larger canapé.
Our standard-sized rectangular pie measures 13cm in length, 7cm in width, and 4 cm in height. It can be enjoyed by hand or conveniently packaged for eating ‘on-the-go’ at your next garden or beach party.
